I was recently walking with my 9-year-old son into the local Target store as he pointed to a car beside of us and mentioned “Dad, that’s an Audi. I like Audi’s. They are nice” and I responded “Oh yea? They ARE nice cars huh?”. So I asked him how he knew, that quickly, how that particular car was indeed an Audi and he responded, “Dad, any car with the four circles is an Audi… That’s their logo”. I somewhat slowed in our walking towards the entrance of the store and wondered if I had ever spoken of the Audi logo and branding or even logo talk in general around him. The answer was no. The answer was indeed that Audi, as well as ton’s of other companies have THAT strong of a brand and logo design that even a 9-year-old would recognize it and say “Dad, any car with the four circles in an Audi..”
